Yes, Casino Queen Marquette is fully wheelchair accessible for both gaming and dining areas. Wheelchair assistance is available for transport across the skywalk. Simply use the phone at the entrance of the skywalk for your request.  Elevators are also provided for access to the second floor of the pavilion and each floor of the casino.
